First let me start by saying, I'm absolutely in love with this machine but stay clear if this is your first 3D printer. The machine was well packaged and came in time. I found it easy to put together because the instructions were clear and well written. But some of the parts were not tightened enough in the factory and the first week after I got it things started to get loose. So my first and only advice, if you get this machine, is to take your time and tighten everything, once you have done that you will have a blast with the Sapphire Plus. So even though my relationship with this machine started badly, it still deserves 5 stars because it's a total beast and I'll probably get another one soon.
